I paired it with lovely flashy opals on a very unique and heavy vintage gold-filled watch band (hallmarked gold-filled), and added a blue-green quartz gemstone, resulting in this one-of-a-kind bracelet that will bring a smile to your face everytime you look at it!
All metal is gold-filled. Measures about 7 inches (18 cm) around, can be adjusted longer within 1 cm with adjustable foldover clasp. Can be shortened or lengthened by adding or removing opals, please ask!

Every jewellery piece at pequitobun is thoughtfully designed and expertly handmade by designer Sherry Libedinsky. Each design is built around a vintage item that is individually curated by the designer, and combined with top quality, modern-cut gemstones and finer metals. We try our best to sustainably source materials. We are proud to combine the ethos of recycling forgotten vintage treasures, with the sustainability of quality durable materials. The creative process takes place over days to weeks, and involves meticulous arrangement of vintage pieces and gemstones, expert handwiring of components and obsessive attention to detail. Into each of our unique and distinctive designs is breathed a specific inspiration, and lots of love and care! Because of the rare nature of the vintage baubles used, each piece is either one-of-a-kind, or limited to a few pieces only.
Our Quality Promise
At pequitobun, we mainly use 14K gold-fill and solid 14K and 18K gold in our designs, combined with carefully selected vintage pieces and top-grade gemstones.
Gold-filled jewellery contains a thick outer layer of gold: 5% of the total weight of the metal. This is 100 times more gold than gold-plated and vermeil jewellery. Using gold-filled metal is a cost effective way to get the beauty of gold without the price tag, and gold-filled jewellery should last a lifetime if properly cared for. Because of the thick layer of gold, gold-filled jewellery is hypoallergenic.
Please note that most of our pieces include carefully sourced antique or vintage components. Due to the age of these pieces, some age-commensurate wear should be expected, and they will not (and should not!) look brand new. Where there is excessive wear or damage beyond the expected, I will mention this in the description.
Jewellery Care
Handle jewellery gently. Avoid wearing jewellery when swimming or taking a shower, and ensure cosmetics and perfume are dry before putting on jewellery. If your jewellery gets wet, pat them dry. When they are not being worn, store jewelry in separate compartments of an airtight box or in separate bags, to avoid scratches. Jewellery can be regularly taken care of by cleaning with a jewellery cleaning cloth and/or washing gently with mild soap and water and patting dry. See more details here.
Packaging and Giftwrap
We have put a lot of thought into how we package our jewellery and strive for sustainable, waste-reducing and beautiful packaging that is ready for gifting. Our paper jewelry boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard boxes (made with 90% post-consumer fiber and 10% pre-consumer fiber), covered with recycled paper (30% post-consumer fiber). Our beautiful cloth-lined boxes for our karat gold collection are made to last through the lifetime of these heirloom pieces. We ship in mailers that are 100% compostable, made from cornstarch and cassava roots (Exceptions: DHL Express packages are shipped in DHL Express mailers, and local Singapore couriered mail are shipped in lightweight cardboard boxes). To protect jewellery during jostling, we pad with either lightweight tissue, scrap paper or left-over bubble wrap (it may not be the prettiest but we try to minimise waste by recycling these clean padding materials; thank you for your understanding!).
Return Policy
pequitobun stands behind the quality of our handmade items, and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item, mentioning your order number and the items you would like to return. We would be happy to offer you a full refund minus shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original unworn condition.
Please contact us before sending your return package to help us more efficiently process your return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and for packaging the item securely in a padded box. We recommend delivery confirmation and/or insured mail for shipping your returns.
Repairs
Every piece on pequitobun is handmade with the greatest care, and we hope that they will last you a lifetime. However, vintage materials are aged, and perhaps you have a cute nephew who loves grabbing at necklaces...! If your jewelry piece requires repair, do contact us and we will do our best to make everything right again. If you have all the parts, repair is generally free. If parts are broken or missing, we can still find a way to repair them as closely to the original as possible, for minimum cost. The buyer will pay for repair return delivery costs, which will be as shipping costs above. Shop with peace of mind because we stand behind every piece of jewelry we sell, as we have since 2006.
